Copyright concerns
Lutong Bahay hosts recipes and photos added by cooks. You should upload recipes and photos you have the right to share.
TODO. Add the operator’s copyright policy and any statutory notice procedure that applies. Do not invent DMCA agent details or registration numbers.
Recipe attribution
Family dishes are often passed along by memory and practice. Family recipes and personal adaptations can be credited in the recipe — for example by naming a relative, friend, or inspiration in the source fields.
The app lets cooks name a recipe and share it, but it does not automatically prove who created a dish.
Photo/content ownership
Photos and write-ups you upload remain associated with your account in the product. Public recipes display that content to other visitors. Do not upload a photo or write-up you know you do not have permission to share.
TODO. State who owns uploaded photos and text, and what license (if any) is needed for the app to store and show them. Do not invent an assignment of copyright.
Reporting infringement
Signed-in users can report content from the app when they believe it uses material they own without permission, or should not stay public. That in-app report is the current community tool for raising a concern.
Staff can review reports and remove community-facing content. This page does not promise a specific review period.
TODO. Describe the official infringement report steps, required fields, and what happens after a complete notice is received.
Copyright contact
TODO. Provide the designated copyright contact: name or agent, email, and physical address if a law requires them. Leave this blank of invented addresses and inboxes until the operator supplies them.
