I like making banana cue when there are extra bananas at home

Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the bananas and cook them for a few minutes.

Add the brown sugar and let it melt around the bananas. Turn the bananas so they get coated evenly.

Once the bananas are nicely coated and caramelized, remove them from the pan and put them on sticks.
